Edwin Garrubbo
CEO

Ed has more than 25 years of experience using video commerce to build iconic health and beauty brands around the world. At Creative Commerce, he oversees business development, investor relationships, and strategy.
Before founding Creative Commerce, Ed served as CEO of American Telecast, which created and advised on the biggest TV Shopping brands, including Christie Brinkley and Chuck Norris for Total Gym, Suzanne Somers, Philosophy Cosmetics, Bare Escentuals, Richard Simmons, Jane Fonda, and Victoria Jackson Cosmetics. He has served as Chairman of the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), and has served on the Board ERA Europe and ShopNBC. Early in his career, Ed was an attorney at Venable, LLP in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of Colgate University and Tulane Law School, and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Italy. Stephanie Metkus
Director

Stephanie started her career at QVC in a variety of marketing functions, including managing the Auto Ship beauty business for planning. She was also a buyer for both health/fitness and skincare. After leaving QVC to start her family, Stephanie was the Vice President of Global Direct to Consumer of Laura Geller Beauty, overseeing a global operation with QVC US, UK, Italy, and Germany and TVSN Australia. Stephanie grew the brand in to the top 5 QVC US Beauty Brands, doubled the QVC UK business to become the #1 color cosmetics brand on QVC UK, expanded the brand’s global footprint. She was named to the QVC US Beauty Advisory Council. She was also responsible for growing the Julep and Clark’s Botanicals brands. On a personal note, Stephanie is the very proud mother of an 8 year old little girl and they live in Bucks County with their silver lab, Bruno. She loves reading, running (training for the 2019 Philadelphia marathon), playing the piano, cooking and traveling to new places.

Cecilia Turner
International Sales Director

Cecilia has more than 30 years of experience in the domestic and international direct response/ live shopping television business. She oversees international sales for Creative Commerce.
Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Cecilia was VP of International at American Telecast Corporation, where she grew the business for multiple fitness, health and beauty brands . As a pioneer in the industry’s earliest efforts to expand internationally, Cecilia held various roles at National Media/Quantum International. She has spent her career serving the needs of both small entrepreneurial companies and large multi-national corporations. Cecilia has also served on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Retailing Association.

Jeremy Himelfarb
Director of Operations

Jeremy has over 20 years of experience managing finance, operations, strategy and business development in early stage and startup ventures across multiple industries.  At Creative Commerce, he is responsible for company operations, including managing demand and resource planning, budget forecasting, and profitability modeling by product and sales channel. He also directs our investor relations services, assisting clients secure growth capital through financial modeling and forecasting, competitive analysis, and investor prospectus creation. Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Jeremy served as Director of Finance for a company focused on health care software and pharmaceutical distribution and spent seven years as CFO of a high growth fast casual restaurant group based in Washington DC securing private equity financing to expand from 3 to 18 units.  Jeremy received his B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University and lives in Penn Valley, PA with his wife and two young sons.

Patricia Bazan Garrubbo
Executive Creative Director

Patricia oversees communications and design strategy for Creative Commerce.
Patricia’s experience across industries includes business strategy, public relations, and new product development. She co-founded Terralina, a natural skincare line (which was later licensed). As a beauty entrepreneur, she understands all aspects of a beauty start-up, from brand development, product formulation, testing, packaging, public relations, and web development. Previously, Patricia owned a critically acclaimed contemporary art gallery, where she honed her creative skills and garnered regional recognition with public relations and promotion. She has international campaign experience in the Pharmaceuticals sector with Beaufour Ipsen in Paris, France, and also practiced law in New Orleans, LA. Patricia received a B.A. from Tulane University and a J.D. from Tulane Law School. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees in the arts and is currently Honorary Founding Board member of the Art Trust at Meridian Bank.

Sherry Hoffman
Controller

Sherry has over 20 years of financial management and reporting experience focused on operational and systems improvement, increased productivity, cost control and profitability.  She is responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance duties as well as managing administrative systems. Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Sherry was the Director of Finance at Rondo-Pak, a print and packaging solutions provider, where she performed financial operations and reporting within the US and Germany.  Sherry also served as Financial Manager at Gilmore & Associates, a civil engineering firm, where she oversaw accounting, financial reporting, business operations and HR. Sherry received her B.S. in Finance and Accounting and minor in Business Management at Roosevelt University, Chicago.

Jenna Thomas
Account Manager

Jenna is responsible for day-to-day account management and serves as the brand liaison for our partners, working with TV Shopping and Digital outlets around the globe. She assists the Creative Director in brand design, asset creation, and creative strategies. Jenna graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in International Business.

Chris has a proven ability to establish powerful brand identities. Extensive experience in both strategic luxury and mass marketing through distinctive advertising/communications programs. Uniquely capable of harnessing and building internal resources to lead deeply motivated cross-functional teams. Highly skilled in navigating established brands and launching new products. Able to bridge marketing and creative disciplines for a fully omni-channel approach.

Jane Ouano
Digital Marketing Director

Jane is an accomplished digital marketing and ecommerce strategist with over 20 years of client and agency experience. Leveraging synergies across her ecommerce, publishing and digital marketing experience, she is partnering with emerging beauty brands to build digital programs that drive commerce through digital content with a  strong customer experience and improved ROI. Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Jane was a Digital Strategy Director at Mercury Media, and built the agency’s client offerings for website development and ecommerce technology with brands such as Waterpik, American Standard and HMR Program (Merck). She has led consumer marketing strategy as the Digital Marketing Director for leading digital publishers like The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s Magazine, and iVillage
