Edwin Garrubbo
CEO

Ed has more than 25 years of experience using video commerce to build iconic health and beauty brands around the world. At Creative Commerce, he oversees business development, investor relationships, and strategy.
Before founding Creative Commerce, Ed served as CEO of American Telecast, which created and advised on the biggest TV Shopping brands, including Christie Brinkley and Chuck Norris for Total Gym, Suzanne Somers, Philosophy Cosmetics, Bare Escentuals, Richard Simmons, Jane Fonda, and Victoria Jackson Cosmetics. He has served as Chairman of the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), and has served on the Board ERA Europe and ShopNBC. Early in his career, Ed was an attorney at Venable, LLP in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of Colgate University and Tulane Law School, and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Italy. Jane Ouano
Digital Marketing Director

Jane is an accomplished digital marketing and ecommerce strategist with over 20 years of client and agency experience. Leveraging synergies across her ecommerce, publishing and digital marketing experience, she is partnering with emerging beauty brands to build digital programs that drive commerce through digital content with a  strong customer experience and improved ROI. Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Jane was a Digital Strategy Director at Mercury Media, and built the agency’s client offerings for website development and ecommerce technology with brands such as Waterpik, American Standard and HMR Program (Merck). She has led consumer marketing strategy as the Digital Marketing Director for leading digital publishers like The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s Magazine, and iVillage

Cecilia Turner
International Sales Director

Cecilia has more than 30 years of experience in the domestic and international direct response/ live shopping television business. She oversees international sales for Creative Commerce.
Prior to joining Creative Commerce, Cecilia was VP of International at American Telecast Corporation, where she grew the business for multiple fitness, health and beauty brands . As a pioneer in the industry’s earliest efforts to expand internationally, Cecilia held various roles at National Media/Quantum International. She has spent her career serving the needs of both small entrepreneurial companies and large multi-national corporations. Cecilia has also served on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Retailing Association.

Chip Cresswell
Finance and Operations

Chip has nearly 20 years of executive management experience in business operations, finance, logistics and accounting. He is responsible for financial modeling and reporting, operations and managing administrative systems.
Before joining Creative Commerce, Chip was the Controller and Business Manager at Williams, Humphreys & Company, where he streamlined operations and provided business strategy to grow and strengthen the business. Prior to this, he served as Controller and Business Manager at New Millennium Holdings in Delaware. Chip received his B.S. in Business Administration and Economics with a concentration in Business Management and minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware.

Patricia Bazan Garrubbo
Executive Creative Director

Patricia oversees communications and design strategy for Creative Commerce.
Patricia’s experience across industries includes business strategy, public relations, and new product development. She co-founded Terralina, a natural skincare line (which was later licensed). As a beauty entrepreneur, she understands all aspects of a beauty start-up, from brand development, product formulation, testing, packaging, public relations, and web development. Previously, Patricia owned a critically acclaimed contemporary art gallery, where she honed her creative skills and garnered regional recognition with public relations and promotion. She has international campaign experience in the Pharmaceuticals sector with Beaufour Ipsen in Paris, France, and also practiced law in New Orleans, LA. Patricia received a B.A. from Tulane University and a J.D. from Tulane Law School. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees in the arts and is currently Honorary Founding Board member of the Art Trust at Meridian Bank.

Beata Bogoniowski
Brand Liaison

Beata serves as the brand liaison for our brand partners and is responsible for day-to-day account management. She works with the digital team and the Chief Beauty Strategist on branding and marketing strategies across all global sales channels. She is responsible for executing merchandising and marketing plans that deliver and exceed the goals.  Beata graduated from Temple University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Finance and International Business.

Jenna Thomas
Account Manager

Jenna is responsible for day-to-day account management and serves as the brand liaison for our partners, working with TV Shopping and. Digital outlets around the globe. She assists the Creative Director in brand design, asset creation, and creative strategies. Jenna graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in International Business.

Chris has a proven ability to establish powerful brand identities. Extensive experience in both strategic luxury and mass marketing through distinctive advertising/communications programs. Uniquely capable of harnessing and building internal resources to lead deeply motivated cross-functional teams. Highly skilled in navigating established brands and launching new products. Able to bridge marketing and creative disciplines for a fully omni-channel approach.
